Good morning! 15 years ago, I injured my shoulder battling gravity while rock climbing. It was exhilarating and heroic, the stuff of legends really. Today? Oh, I re-injured it embarking on the perilous journey to pick up a rogue pen that had the audacity to roll off my desk.

You keep leaving out the fact that you’re really an MI5 agent. Then your posts make SO much more sense 🤣

I have hit a 2.30pm sleepy slump and have to be wide awake for an important 4pm meeting. What can I do to wake myself up? Terrible answers only.

This feel like absolutely nothing could go wrong. Well unless I sneeze and then we'll find out if your eyeballs really do pop out 😂

I mean I haven't considered that... maybe if I get a massive rash and then sneeze everything will clear up and I'll never get allergies or rashes again. Free to come and wave some pollen under my nose to test it?

Nate
Light a small fire in the room you are in. Nothing gets me going like almost burning the building down.

Good morning T2! If you had two possibilities (and could afford to do either) would you: 1) Play it safe and work away at something in the background and hope it becomes something 2) Throw away the safety net and jump in with two feet and try and make it happen?

Obviously this is purely selfish and I want you all to help me make a decision on something. I'm definitely more of a 2 person as the risk tends to focus my mind and work to make it happen, but I'd love your wisdom!

Oh, that's a good question. If money was taken out of the equation, definitely jump!

If I had enough money to keep our family going for long enough to commit to this and make something of it then option 2. If I didn’t (or had something else planned for the money) option 1 until I had the funds!

That makes total sense! In terms of what I'm pondering on, I'd need to drop a significant income stream to make room to gamble on something I think has better long term potential, but there would still have some money coming in and luckily have funds to cover myself for a bit

Then it sounds like you’ve got a plan! Go for it 😁

2, it will always be 2. Life is precious, fleeting and about the moments where you can actually feel things. There needs to be some tether to reality, but fortune favors the bold.

I've been so excitable about new projects today that I've not been able to concentrate on the current projects I need to complete. Basically i'm a toddler when they see a new toy. How are you all doing? Seriously I want to know!

That's my whole existence summed up 😂 I am moving my store to a different location so I'm in the same boat you are.

It's 100% me. I legitmately have ZERO idea how I have ended up being successful in what I do. It must be those three minutes of focus a day

Three minutes of focus? Can you elaborate? Bc I started a new job last week and can't stop getting up from my desk 😂

Michelle
I basically stare into space for 60 seconds. Look at a screen for 60 seconds then back into space again. Works wonders. Still get nothing done though

So what's the etiquette when you play mini golf with someone you want to work with. Do I have to let her win? (Not quite sure why I'm so confident I would actually win if I tried)

Depends on their character. Keep them jovial… if you are an all star mini golfer and superior, you may want to level down.

Depends on how competitive they are. Leave an excuse for a second meeting for a rematch as well. Just do your best. If you do win, buy lunch. Send a follow-up email to keep it light and funny.
