An antibiotic-resistant bacteria found in multiple recalled eye drops caused the death of 3 people, blindness in 8 ppl & 4 ppl needed the surgical removal of their eyeballs. The "For You" feed on Twitter keeps getting worse and worse. When I logged in there twice today it was mostly tweets from people that I had no idea who they were & not relevant to me at all. It's almost as if Elon & his investors are trying to sabotage Twitter on purpose.

Saw this chart yesterday tracking trends in tech headcount from '19-'22. Just 14 companies increased 1.4 M to 2.4 M employees across tech, even after the reductions. h/t Altimeter. I would love 2c what this chart would look like for the hospital industry for non medical/HCW jobs
