I've been itching to get a PS5, but I'm honestly worried I'd get addicted to gaming. I'm watching these videos of how dopamine takes control of people's lives and how they find it challenging to come out of it. Am I overthinking? 🤯

It’s not an addiction if I can quit whenever I want. 😅 Honestly, gaming is a healthy hobby. So long as it stays a hobby. Once it becomes all consuming, that’s when a person starts to suffer. If you can regulate other aspects of your life, then you’ll be ok.
