2. Erica connected Claude with Shopify MCP and Meta ads MCP. The latter is a super manual process that involves pasting MCP URLs. Once it works, it is magical. I personally prefer Shopify Sidekick which is right in the Shopify admin, it’s much faster than any MCP.

3. It’s very addictive to get Shopify admin notifications for purchases. Purchases seem to bunch to my morning commute and late nights. Buying men's shirts online at 11 pm PT is apparently a thing.

1. Motifs: In her super small first collection, the best seller was cute little Shiba Inu dogs. This time the top seller is Neko no Suzu with little cats on them. Little animals sell - and can still be worn at the office.

New addition: bought this thermal printer for my wife @ericakochi’s order fulfillment. It’s cheap and cheerful and a whole lot faster than cutting and taping shipping labels.
